I love this recipe! I first had it when my mother in law tried something new! I was skeptic of lemon jello in it though.... I don't usually care for lemon or orange flavors with meats or fish....
I'm so glad she tired it and I was brave enough to taste it! We can't get enough of it! I add a few extras though! We love vegetables so I add water chestnuts, bean sprouts, onion, mushrooms and baby carrots...some times we add some Chinese baby corn and bok choy. I definitely add the ginger with the garlic...this meal is so good that if I don't double the recipes we don't have any leftovers!
