When eating the finished product it tasted and looked as if we had just ordered out. It was very good. Espsecially for a dish that is healthy.

This was so quick and simple to make. My whole family loves mac-n-cheese. We always have some in stock. Everyone that I've made this for has loved it.

I made this one night for my 3 year old and we both loved it. I even had to add extra salsa for my little guy. He kept giving me the thumb's up. I will make this one again

I am actually not sure if I will make this recipe again :( There have not been many recipes I just will not even try to make again. My kids liked this but hubby and I were not pleased at all!
