This was really good, quick and easy. Even my picky husband liked it. I used a little extra mayo and 4 cloves of garlic and chicken breasts pounded a little thinner so they would grill up evently.

I used the basic recipe, but I added dried, minced garlic flakes instead of garlic cloves and instead of parsley, I used dried Italian seasoning. Grilling it on a very low setting was a must, otherwise it will burn. I did use a meat thermometer to make sure the temp was high enough. My guests loved this and thought they were eating fried chicken until I told them it was grilled. I made legs for the kids and thighs for the adults. Excellent! This is my new go-to chicken recipe!

Really tasty! I used my cast iron grill pan on the stove top and cooked it over medium/medium low for around 30 minutes. Yum!
