This was a really good recipe, but unless you have left over chicken seems like it's more trouble than it's worth. Will make again, but only when I'm trying to use left overs. It was really good when I added some grilled onions.

This is an absolutely fantastic meal. I plan on making this again and again. We cooked it on the foreman grill as it was raining, and it was fantastic. Cant wait to make again!

This is a family favorite on a busy night. We take a rotisserie chicken shred it up and mix it with the BBQ sauce throw it in the tortilla with cheese and tomatoes and then use the foreman grill for a fast on the go dinner. DELISH!

i used a regular flour torilla and a low carb tortilla, and the low carb one held together perfectly while the flour one fell apart and i had to eat it with a fork and knife. yummy and easy though!
