I made this 2 days before giving birth. It was just my husband & I and he loved it! It is great as left overs. I did not make it with peppers and onions and used the whole can of black beans and more salsa. I can't wait to make it again, it is so easy!

My family and I loved these quesadillas! I loved the way the flavors came together especially the black beans. I served it with a spicy ranch dressing and sour cream; both were great toppings! I will definitly be making this again!

Awesome recipe. i am new to cooking and sometimes it is hard to come across recipes that i know i can make. my boyfriend couldnt eat enough. very easy, very tasty. i will be making this again soon.
