This recipe is very tasty! I fixed it for family and friends and they all raved about it. This recipe will be filed in "our favorites" section in my many recipes I have accumulated over the years.

Needs something to spice it up. I added mushrooms, red pepers, and some Tapitio (hot sauce) to flavor it up.

It was very good. You can use more meat in the receipe because it makes alot of sauce.

I've made this twice now and it is a family favorite already! It's easy, not bad on the "healthy meter" and it is good. We had ours - the second time - over brown rice. It's VERY good!
