This will become a regular in our house. The salmon was better than the one I had in a restaurant last week! I didn't have red pepper so I substituted carrots and it turned out great! We will definitely be making this again soon!

The salmon was wonderful. My boyfriend had never tried it before and he ended up having two servings. Although I left out the broccoli and used a green pepper insead, it's all I had. I also used a bit more dressing for the rice mixture to give it more flavor. But overall it was great!

I made this for my family of three boys under 9 and my hubby. They liked it alot, and none of them are fish and veggie types. I subbed red onion (a little less than the 1/4) for the green onion and used brown rice instead of white. I think the suggestion of cilantro is a great idea, but I think that I would leave the onions in. The salmon is very flavorful and when served with a simple fresh fruit salad and a glass of milk, it became a good choice for a well balanced weeknight meal. Quick and easy.

The salmon was great. No one in my family cared too much for the rice and broccoli. It didn't seem to have much flavoring and we are all on a diet so we couldn't use more sauces to flavor it up.

Fabulous! I made my own marinade with an any asian dressing, Teryaki Sauce and ginger. It was so easy and the salmon was fantastic. I had lots of rice left over for another meal. I too would use instant brown rice the next time for more fiber. Can't wait to make it again-family loved it.
