What You Need

1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, cut into strips
2 cups  fresh broccoli florets
1 cup water
1-1/2 cups  instant white rice, uncooked
6 oz. VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

Make It

MIX ham, broccoli and water in large skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; cover. Reduce heat to medium; cook 3 minutes.

ADD rice and VELVEETA; mix well. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 7 minutes.

STIR until VELVEETA is melted.

Prepare as directed, using frozen broccoli florets.

This is a great way to use up leftover cooked ham.
How to Freeze Fresh Broccoli
Cut leftover fresh broccoli into florets and stems into small pieces. Add to boiling water; cook 3 min. Drain broccoli, then immediately place in ice cold water to stop the cooking process; drain. Freeze in resealable freezer-weight bags for up to 3 months.
