How do I find the Kraft iFood application?

From your iPhone

• Press home button.
• Press App Store icon.
• Select search and enter iFood Assistant.
• Once it appears in the menu below the search area.
• Tap on the section where the iFood Assistant appears, you will then see the additional information about the application.
• Tap on the button that reads $.99.
• Tap on install.

You can also access the application from the iTunes App Store from your desktop computer

Please follow the below steps

1. Download iTunes from Apple.com and register for an iTunes account.
2. Click on App Store.
3. Click on Lifestyle.
4. Locate the iFood Assistant in the Lifestyle category.
5. Purchase iFood Assistant for $.99.

How do I inform Kraft if I have feedback on the application?

How do I view last weeks' various Recipes of the Day?

Please follow the below steps

1. Go to Home Screen
2. Select Recipe of the Day. You will then view an overview of the recipe.
3. Hit the "more" button in the upper left hand corner.
4. Both the Recipe of the Day and the recipes for the remainder of the week are displayed.

If I have selected multiple recipes to be added to My Shopping List, will all of their ingredients appear?

Yes! The system will aggregate the ingredients.

If I already have some ingredients for a recipe at home, how do I remove them from my iPhone shopping list?

Please follow the below steps

1. Tap on Shopping List from home screen.
2. Tap on Edit in the upper right, in the title bar.
3. Circular, red minus symbols will appear to the left of each line item.
4. Tap on minus symbol to display the delete button.
5. Minus symbol will turn counter clockwise and the delete button will show.
6. Tap on Delete.
7. Item is removed from the list.
8. Viewable list is immediately updated.

Can I send a recipe to a friend?

Yes, please follow the below steps

1. Arrive at any of the Recipe Overview screens.
2. Tap on the Mail icon on the upper right.
3. Action sheet will slide up from the bottom.
4. Tap on Email to Contact or Text to a Contact.
5. Send.

How do I add recipes to my "Recipe Box"?

Please follow the below steps

1. Arrive at any of the Recipe Overview screens.
2. If the recipe has been previously added to your recipe box a (+ Recipe Box) icon will be displayed in a faded image.
3. Tap on (+ Recipe Box) icon if you have not already added the recipe.
4. Your Recipe Box is now updated.
5. Tap on Recipe Box at the bottom tool bar of your iPhone screen to see the updated list

How do I change how I sort recipes?

Once you are in one of the categories

1. Tap on the ratings button next to the words sort by
2. Tap on the option you would like to view. Options include prep time and total time.

Do I have to provide log-in information to receive the application?

You will need to log into your iTunes account to purchase and download the iTunes application. In order to access the Recipe Box and the Shopping List areas you must sign in with either your kraftfoods.com log in ID and password or you can easily register within the iFood Assistant application.

How do I view a recipe video?

You can view videos in two ways.

1. From the home screen (follow the steps below):
   • Tap on Kraft Kitchen Videos from the home screen.
   • Navigate categories by tapping on them, until a Movie List View is displayed.
   • Tap on a desired video from the list.
   • Screen is automatically reoriented to landscape view.
   • Movie will play shortly. (For best experience please allow 35-45 seconds if not in wi-fi or 3G.)
   • Tapping on the movie will bring up the movie player controls.
   • Tap on Done to return to the Movie List View.
2. If you are in a recipe and see a play icon, tap on the icon to view the video.
