Diversity in Action
Each one of us has responsibility for diversity in our organization. It begins with a willingness to listen and to understand the various differences we encounter in the workplace. It requires respect for those differences and an ability to maximize them for the advantage of the business. At every level of the organization, we encounter opportunities to leverage our diverse strengths, talents and perspectives to drive our business growth.
The Management Committee is responsible for leading the development and implementation of diversity management strategies and initiatives within the organization. Our Diversity Steering Team and Employee Councils oversee and lead specific initiatives in support of our commitment to diversity. All managers are responsible for setting and meeting specific diversity objectives that enhance our work environment, grow the business and contribute to the professional development of their employees. And all employees are responsible for behavior that supports an inclusive and supportive work environment.
At Kraft, we have developed programs and initiatives that support diversity within the organization and within the community.
