I wanted to help grow a business and receive solid training.

I’ll never forget my first day at Kraft. It was overwhelming, exciting—and scary! I’ve been with Kraft for just about a year and a half now. I’m not overwhelmed or scared any more—but it’s still exciting!

What I enjoy most about my work is that I am really making an impact on the success of the business. When I work on a project with internal clients, I’m helping them accomplish their business goals. I learn about their end of the business and can design systems support that really meets their needs.

That’s one of the reasons I chose to work at Kraft. I knew that I could be exposed to many different aspects of a large company. I also wanted to be part of an organization that was committed to development and training. Kraft has tremendous on-the-job development opportunities and classroom training.

Something else that meant a lot to me was to be part of a company that gives back to the community. I’ve always participated in community service, and I wanted to join an organization that respects and supports that. Kraft contributes to many worthwhile causes, and they also encourage employees to volunteer their time. I think that’s important. I take pride in being part of a company that knows the importance of "giving back."
