Who We Are

The Marketing group's job is to find out what consumers want and to come up with new ways of satisfying these needs. We do this by leveraging the strength of our existing world-class brands and by creating new food products to meet the changing needs of the consumer.

The Marketing organization includes over 350 professionals located in our management centers: Glenview, Illinois; Tarrytown, New York; Madison, Wisconsin; and East Hanover, New Jersey.

The Marketing Team

Our marketing organization is divided into Category Business Teams. The teams are accountable for all aspects of the brands in their category. They must ensure the continued success of their brand. This means developing new product ideas, running the P&L, developing advertising concepts and coordinating all elements of the business systems that support their category. Each team is responsible for setting priorities for its business as well as developing strategies for growing volume, share and earnings.

Career Development in Marketing

Marketing is what we do best at Kraft and developing strong marketing leaders is what we pride ourselves on. Our emphasis and approach to employee development sets us apart from other organizations. Not only do we offer world-class training to build your marketing, business, and leadership expertise, but we provide a wide range of opportunities/business experiences to our people and then challenge them to make an impact.
