Working in Human Resources at Kraft has given me an opportunity to help shape the future of our business.
I've been with Kraft over 13 years and have had the opportunity to work in just about every type of business environment the company has. Each job challenged me to help shape our culture and the future of our business in ways that will benefit both our employees and the company.
The most important aspect of our job is employee development. Just as we develop strategies as a company to accelerate growth and build brand value, we also develop strategies to build a strong employee group that will move our business forward. It's our responsibility to identify the skills that the company needs for the future and to ensure that our employees are prepared. We focus our efforts on providing tools that will help employees develop themselves and take charge of their careers.
