"I made this becuase I wanted something good for you and easy; I definatley scored in both categories! Very easy and very tasty. I did do a stop light of peppers (red, yellow and green), but hubby and I loved it. Very good and very easy. Will definatley make again. Hubby says this is even in the "entertaining" category to be served for guests! (and he is super picky"

"The ladies that I support and I had this for dinner tonight. I was so pleased with how it presented (just as pretty as in the magazine!), and we all really liked it. The only thing I will do differently next time is use more of the dressing."

"This is one of those oh-my-gosh yummy, easy desserts that you'll make often. I will be taking it to all pot-luck dinners at church. My husband and I really love this dessert. It's soooooo easy and delicious!"
